Fine Jewelry Guarantee and Limited Warranty
All fine jewelry is covered under our quality guarantee and limited warranty. We guarantee all of our jewelry and custom work to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year. To remain eligible for this warranty, you must have your jewelry inspected by our store or another authorized representative every 6 months. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, normal or excessive wear and tear, loss, theft, or unexplained disappearance of your fine jewelry. For brand-name and designer jewelry, please refer to the brand's warranty and guarantee. Different brands have warranties specific to their pieces; please reach out to us if you have any questions.
